Description
Mild Brummie โ 3.4% ABV
A true Brummie classic.
Mild Brummie is our tribute to the traditional dark milds that once flowed through Birminghamโs pubs. At an easy-drinking 3.4% ABV, itโs brewed for flavour, balance, and effortless drinkability.
Brewed with two types of crystal malt, chocolate malt, and oats, this dark mild delivers layers of malt sweetness with a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Expect rich notes of hedgerow fruit and honey, complemented by a subtle hint of smoke that adds depth without overpowering the beerโs smooth character.
Vegan and gluten-free, Mild Brummie is brewed in Stirchley, Birmingham, using 100% renewable energy with a socially conscious attitude. A gentle, flavourful pint that celebrates the heritage of Midlands brewing.
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, oats, hops and yeast

Is your beer gluten free?
All of our beers are brewed using grains that contain gluten, such as barley, wheat and oats. When the beer is conditioning we use an enzyme which removes the gluten to a level of less than 20PPM (parts per million) which is considered gluten free.
Is your beer vegan?
Yes! When we first started brewing we found the smell of isinglass disgusting so we did not want to add it to our beer. Isinglass is made from fish guts, the part of the fish that a fishmonger would throw away! A pint of beer where isinglass is used contains approximately 7g of fish!!
Does your beer taste different to ‘normal’ beer because it is vegan and gluten free?
The best way to find out is to taste it for yourself! We’re proud to say that our beer is packed with incredible flavour, and the fact that it’s vegan and gluten-free doesn’t compromise its quality in any way. You won’t notice a difference โ except for how great it tastes!
The beer I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
If the product you are looking for is showing out of stock on our site, we will be looking to restock โ dates on this can vary depending on our brewing schedules. If you want a more accurate date please email us info@birminghambrewingcompany.co.uk
