Our Brummie gin has real character – it’s aromatic and full of depth. Distilled in small batches with six carefully chosen botanicals: juniper, orange peel, coriander, orris root, lemon peel and cassia, it’s a refreshing twist to a classic flavour. Gin is a distilled spirit made primarily from juniper berries and a mix of botanicals to add a more bespoke flavour. The result is a crisp, aromatic drink that’s perfect for cocktails or paired with fresh tonic water.
Gin is made by distilling a neutral grain spirit with juniper berries and other botanicals like herbs, spices and fruits, which gives the distinctive aromatic flavour. Our gin is made with the mash of our Brummie beer and infused with juniper, orange peel, coriander, orris root, lemon peel and cassia. This mixture is then redistilled and diluted to meet the required alcohol strength – ours is 40% ABV.
We love to pair our gin with yuzu tonic and a slice of Birdseye chilli for a bit of a kick. It also pairs beautifully with classic Indian tonic, soda water or even a splash of ginger ale. You really can make it yours – just experiment with your favourite flavours to find your perfect recipe.
