Hopfenweisse is our modern take on a traditional wheat beer, blending classic yeast character with punchy American hop flavour. At 5.9% ABV, this dry hopped wheat beer delivers layers of complexity while remaining smooth and refreshing.
El Dorado and Centennial hops bring bright grapefruit and citrus aromas alongside a resinous pine bitterness, while the wheat beer yeast contributes distinctive notes of banana and clove. The result is a beautifully balanced beer where fruity sweetness, spicy character, and hop bitterness work in harmony.
