Gluten free beer is beer that contains less than 20ppm of Gluten. It can be brewed without gluten containing grains like barley, wheat or rye. Ingredients including rice, buckwheat, corn and sorghum are used instead. Some beers are processed to remove gluten to below 20ppm, just like our delicious offerings, making them suitable for those with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease.
All our gluten free beers are lab tested to confirm no gluten is present. While many people with coeliac disease drink and enjoy our gluten free beers without any issues, in rare cases some coeliacs can still have a reaction to other types of protein fragments in the beer.
