Fried chicken eggs benedict, kimchi hollandaise.

Salt beef benedict, pickles and black pepper hollandaise. 

Chestnut mushroom benedict, truffle hollandaise.

Loaded hash browns (soured cream and chives, fermented chilli sauce and crispy onions with bacon (veggie available).
